Try to only go to the grocery store and buy UNPROCESSED foods; fruit, veggies, raw chicken/fish/meat (no processed meat that's been breaded).

Eat about 1500-2000 calories per day; also, make sure your diet is LOW FAT and HIGH FIBRE, it will help tremendously. The best way for you to change your lifestyle / turn your life around would be make yourself an expert, read and learn as much as you can about food and the body.

If you keep to that in 1 month's time you should be able to lose anywhere from 25-50 Lbs; I'm not a professional or anything, though I know what relatively sticking to that healthy eating and excercise / activity level does.

What are your thoughts on the "egg beaters" that come in the cartons? I love them. I have switched out pretty much everything I used to eat for something healthier for me. No more frozen veggies, I buy all fresh ingredients. Canned fruit has gone too for fresh fruit. I cut out all white flour and fried anything pretty much. (My tuesday ommelette is the only thing cooked in a pan that way) I eat unsalted nuts as snacks as well as carrots and dried peas. Dinner's usually consist of like grilled steak, fish, chicken etc. with a veggie side and water or crystal light. I have almost completely cut out coffee as I was told by a nutritionalist that it helps store fat or something. I have been drinking alot of greentea here lately, funny you mentioned it. I may hit you up for some decent ways to use flax seed. I have a ton of it but no idea how to fix it.
