As much as I can / whenever I can? Even if it's half a cup, it keeps your body supplied, and surprisingly you don't have to pee that often (assuming you don't have any other problems).
Remember that fruit, veggies, etc. all have water in them too, so it's not like you're getting none
OH - DON'T DRINK POP/SODA. At least if you must, drink DIET; caffeine in it will dehydrate you and the amount of sugar in those kinds of drinks is bad.
