This morning for instance, I used 2 egg whites, chopped scallions, one slice of canadian bacon and mozzarella and a light canola oil spray. Even though it was very tasty, it was ATLEAST 50% less fattening than what I used to eat. I usually do the whey powder in the morning but Tuesdays are my "cheat" days where I eat solids at breakfast time. That breakfast I just described provided me 3 proteins light on the carbs plus I added in one complex carb by eating half a multigrain english muffin plain and I got my veggie serving by a 6 oz. glass of low-sodium V8 juice. Delicious breakfast full of all kinds of good stuff.

Something as easy as adding one less teaspoon of sugar to your coffee or eating half a sandwich where you would have normally eaten a whole one will help. It's pretty easy when you think on those terms.
I try not to overwhelm people with the most proper way of doing things when they're trying to get into being fit and healthy. I currently eat 8-11 meals per day; meaning I breakdown my daily calorie intake into 8-11 different eating sessions. Keeps food in your stomache at all time therefore your body is burning energy digesting constantly, and you're increasing your metabolic rate which will increase your bodies natural amount of calories burned.

Your body is a wonderful machine and will adapt to how you treat it, and quite quickly, it's matter of having the information / knowledge on how to do it.

Kudos to everyone who's been meeting / nearing their goals.
