I'm currently at 14 to 16% and dropping. Working out while builds the muscle is really about 20 percent of the total work. Diet is everything, and to lose weight, you have to keep the machine burning. I tried going down to the calories you are at now, I got told to increase it.
The testosterone therapy works wonders. Aches and pains are gone, and my energy levels are way up there. When I first started, I remarked to a friend that it was like being 16 again.
The sooner you can lower the estrogen in your system, the faster you can get that roll off our gut.

I weighed myself a couple weeks ago and I was up near 400 pounds. I told myself, that's it. I can't take being a fat fuck anymore. Going from concrete construction to sitting in front of a PC all day fucked my metabolism like crazy. Sitting here eating cheetos just doesn't cut it when the only exercise I was going to do all day was a couple runs to the bathroom and a drive to starbucks. I am pissed at myself for getting as big as I am and I think that's what I really needed was to just get mad about it. I am determined.
