That's a big mistake. The legs are among the biggest muscle group. Not working them out you miss out on
a) building more muscle fiber in your body which in turn burns more calories than fat
b) releasing additional growth hormones into your system from fibre damage to your leg muscles.
c) looking round and good. Who wants to run around with a decent upper body and tiny tooth pick chicken legs.
Here are the best compound lifting excercises (IMO):
1. Deadlift (legs, back)
2. Squat (legs)
3. Wide Grip Pullup (Arms, Back)
4. Dips (Tri, Chest)
5. Barbell Benchpress (Tri, Chest)
6. Barbell Curl (Bi, Shoulders)
7. Bentover Barbell Row (Upper Back)
Yet 9 outta 10 guys in the gym only work biceps & chest, go figure.
