I actually have the desire right now to work out everyday and I can see it making a difference. It's hard to get started when you have gone so long being fat and just plain overeating but now, on the 3 hour small meal schedule, I am truly full all day. I can't even eat as much as I used too. I take men's vitamin supplements and drink a Whey protein shake in the mornings to boost my protein intake before working out so as to build muscle as I lose the fat. I am hoping by this time next year to have lost atleast 100 pounds.

Nick,
I was pretty big for me at 252lbs. I know you are a bit bigger, but I agree 100 percent. I got put on the 6 meal program and I have a big kit of vitamins, minerals and everything else I have to take at different intervals during the day. I was at 26% body fat when I started mid January. I'm currently at 14 to 16% and dropping. Working out while builds the muscle is really about 20 percent of the total work. Diet is everything, and to lose weight, you have to keep the machine burning. I tried going down to the calories you are at now, I got told to increase it.
The testosterone therapy works wonders. Aches and pains are gone, and my energy levels are way up there. When I first started, I remarked to a friend that it was like being 16 again.
The sooner you can lower the estrogen in your system, the faster you can get that roll off our gut.
Forgot to add, I dont' worry about the scale as much anymore. I started at 252, I'm now at 270lbs. While looking in good shape, a friend I haven't seen Vegas said I am more compact now.
