4 x's per week with a trainer.

1. back bi's abs ( one hour) cardio ( 20 minutes)
2. Legs & abs (one hour) cardio ( 20 minutes)
3. chest, shoulders tri's ( one hour) abs( 500 crunches)
4. cardio- Bike( ten minutes) treadmill ( 30 minutes) eliptical ( until I start crying for my mommy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Ive lost 38 lbs ( also strict diet) and even though I have a ways to go ,I feel so healthy and will be able to lose all the flab with this regiment!
