Are you considering starting Sleazy? After Vegas, I got tired of being fat, lethargic, and out of shape. I hired a nutrionist, and personal trainer. I also got my hormone levels checked, and considering we are probably in the same age group, you should too.

I was surprised to see my levels of Testosterone were half normal, and my Estrogen way above the norm. My doctor put me on Testosterone therapy as well as a host of other hormone therapy. In 10 weeks I've lost about 15lbs of fat and gained about 25lbs of muscle. Something to think about, and look into.

From what I have read, alot of times fat will turn straight into estrogen. Many times doctors will start guys the size of me or Sleazy on a testosterone treatment in order to stimulate the desire to workout. I am trying all natural right now. Seems to be doing the trick. I actually have the desire right now to work out everyday and I can see it making a difference. It's hard to get started when you have gone so long being fat and just plain overeating but now, on the 3 hour small meal schedule, I am truly full all day. I can't even eat as much as I used too. I take men's vitamin supplements and drink a Whey protein shake in the mornings to boost my protein intake before working out so as to build muscle as I lose the fat. I am hoping by this time next year to have lost atleast 100 pounds.
