Just getting back into it over recent weeks. Used to train heavy with weights in my teens and I am now going into my garage most days to do just the basics (I have lots of heavy duty equipment so I`m able to do squats, leg pressing, benching, curls, rowing etc.).
Beginning to feel really good again...spending all day on my laptop isn`t healthy.
