True- I doubt this is staged and if it is another tmobile especially, everyone should be advised that tmobile claimed a copyright on all of their clients' images for starters.
Check with your own attorney (disclaimer), but if this turns out to be a big vida hacked spike or "vida" traffic kicks up- it is ok to talk about the occurance etc. but not alright to display the pics. So, get the traffic, don't use the actual pics or make any false claims and you should be ok.
