He ripped me off in a traffic deal last year, and I now see he is back around posting again.

Just wanted to warn you, heed it or not your choice.

If he ever pays me the money he owes me from that he stole! I will let you know
Paypal shut his account and took part of my money back for me after an investigation, but there were not were not enough funds to cover what he owed me . he still owes me $500.00 bucks
