But see proxies are a dime a dozen, I could compile a list of over 100,000 checked working proxies with in under a week most likely 3 or 4 days max.
If i was to hitbot/scam which i dont those 100,000 proxies would be good because most likely if a true "blacklist" is made only about 10,000 of those proxies might be in that list, Proxies are a dime a dozen, Old ones die, New ones appear, You got dialup proxies which work just fine for mailing, hitbotting and the beauty with those is once that user disconnects from online and comes back hes got a whole new ip, So that IP thats in the blacklist is worthless now until he gets assigned that IP again by the isp's dhcp server.
