Umm, How do you define legit? Because its a AOL Proxy? Almost any computer thats running old Windows 2000 AD with ISA is a open proxy server, There is no set standard of whats legit and whats not, like i said in my last post a non-legit proxy doesnt send you: "HEY IM A FUCKING PROXY SCAMMERS USE PLEASE DONT HURT ME"... Its unrealistic.
