Sounds like you had a couple of URLs on the same line.
Each gallery URL must be on a separate line.
Paste them in a txt file and make sure then copy them again.

Other than that: Check uploaded all files in ASCII(very important)
Check file permission set and all folder chmod 777.


What does the log file from the script say?
