Great idea. But...

I don't pretend this is anything except a guess based on experience, but I estimate that these days around 40% of traded traffic is totally worthless in $$$ terms: either hitbot generated or bought cheaply, sourced from countries that card processors don't want to know about. I don't understand the rationale by which we see the first method as cheating and the second as fair, but there you go...

Lots of people originate this traffic, but even more pass it along more or less innocently. It's everywhere. Which means that if only some webmasters start to filter their traffic, they will kill or seriously reduce most of their trades, losing the good traffic along with the bad.
