Why would there be a full moon in California and not a full moon anywhere in the USA?
You do know that the moons phases are caused by the Earths shadow on the surface of the moon correct?
Moving 300 miles to the east isnt going to make a damn bit of difference.
If its full in New York, its full in Seattle.
