Rather than labeling a sociapath, I'd think "moron" comes to mind instead.
She sounds like she has the IQ of a belt sander and the personality to go with it ... just leave it and walk away.
Besides, in this industry I think you'd know that you're going to run into all kinds of characters. This seems rather tame compared to some stories ... (anyone want to share?)
