This morning I was getting my car washed. It's a busy place on Sepulveda with a lot of high end clientelle. As I was waiting for my car, one of the Mexican rag boys holds up a set of keys to a freshly washed Camry. No one will admit it, but we were all waiting to see what kind of clown would claim the car. After a slight hesitation a very small white man got up and trudged over to his car. He tipped the rag boy $1, got in his car, put it in Drive and drove away in shame. I felt so very bad for the guy.
