Why don't you take your frustration out on the guy that pulled one over on you. This all started because you got screwed over by someone you sent money to. That has nothing to do with ePassporte.

Nowhere on ePassporte's site does it say that you have any kind of reversal privileges or guarantees regarding a P2P transaction. Nowhere. A P2P is a "secure" transaction because the money is sent securely from one account to another. You made an assumption because you associate an ePassporte P2P to be the equivalent as a Visa purchase with a merchant. They are not the same thing. You do not use Visa to do a P2P.

Your assumption. Your mistake.

You can't reverse a wire transaction either so why would you think you could reverse a P2P?

What if the situation were reversed? Based on your scenario, if eP could just remove funds by request from a payees account and you were the payee you'd be pretty pissed off. ePassporte can not be the judge and jury over these kinds of disputes. Although you may have gotten off to a bad start getting your situation resolved, eP is going beyond their obligations to help you with this. And still you rant.

I'm sorry if you don't understand this or agree with it, but that's the way it is.
