As others said, in this case the European Law will rule (depending on the individual country you're in). If you're 19 and she's 17, no-one will consider it as a problem unless she files a complaint and the judge has a bad day, but if you're like 40 and she's 16, she doesn't need to do a lot to get you in trouble...
