ePassporte does have spending and withdrawal parameters.
It depends on the type of account you have (business, personal, affilaitel) and if you have upgraded to a Select account.
You may send an email to
[email protected] from your ePassporte email address and they can tell you what your parameters are. However, the lowest possible limit would be $300 per day in transfers and withdrawals. Purchases made with the Virtual Visa are limited by the balance of your account (or maximum of $500 if you have not upgraded your account).
