first you gotta jump out of your chair and then put your hands on your hips, then go in a circular motion slowly. Do about 5 good circles and then stop and start humping the air slowly and smoothly. Slowly bend down and touch your toes then back that ass up. You gotta do it 2 or 3 times a day and you'll get #1 for the site name. Good luck
