Not sure what that's about, but the contact info for ePassporte is as follows:

Last 3 times I tried to call them I always got an indian on the line. I do know my spoken english isn't the greatest but they didn't speak nor understood what I was saying.
To clear up any confusion, ePassporte's customer service is in California. They may employ several different ethnicities but the odds of calling 3 times and getting an Indian CSR each time are astronomical.

Today I discovered there have been several unkown transactions made with my virtual card.
PM Dave - I don't see an email from you. Please contact me and put "GFY / ePassporte" in the subject line. Inlcude your ePassporte account name.

They are ok I suppose, but they need to do big things to be a solid financial instrument.
Imafuckingaussie - I beleive you probably have the wrong type of account. Sounds to me like you should have a business account and not a personal one. It really depends on what you're doing, but several account holders run tens of thousands of dollars through their accounts each week. Hit me up if you have quesitons.

first time I use it to spend money with my CC, they bill and hold (2x) the ammount of money
Doctor Dre - What you are speaking about is actually caused by the merchant you are dealing with not closing transactions properly and has nothing to do with ePassporte's policies. I can tell you more if you're really interested.

As for the issue with "Will76". I have conversed with him and we had a very productive discussion. ePassporte is working with him directly to help him find a resolve to his dispute.

To clarify a couple of matters that came up on this thread....

ePassporte when used as a Visa, meaning you use your account number, affords certain protections associated with Visa. However a P2P is very similar to a wire transfer and once you send someone money it is gone. The benefit to the recipient is that they know the received money is theirs. ePassporte can not be in the place of making judgment calls on who is right and who is wrong in a dispute between two parties we have no knowledge of. A P2P transaction should be thought of as a cash sale. Once you send the money it is not retrievable. Know who you are doing business with.

Also, ePassporte does not suspend accounts that threaten to charge back an ePassporte transaction. I can assure you of that. If you have any questions about this you may contact me directly.

I realize ePassporte Customer Support needs to improve. I shouldn't have to be resolving things like this from GFY or any other board. In coming weeks ePassporte will launch live chat support and I expect support issues to improve dramatically between now and then and especially when questions can be discussed instantly with a rep.

In the meantime, feel free to contact me if I can help facilitate anything.
