So it seems the best way to make money in this biz is to start a good program with a partner.....once started, piss the partner off at an early stage so he leaves...then, hire a really talented, motivated leader and *promise to take care of them* on a hand shake if they take the company to the top.....once it gets to the top you become really weird and never come into the office....then one day out of the blue you fire everyone and pocket the proceeds.......easy hunh.
