They had a live interview with that guy here on a Dallas talk radio station (#1 rated radio show Dallas/FtWorth TX, in afternoon drive time, 3pm to 7pm).
It was funny as hell! He has money apparently, and is willing to take the fight to even NEW levels in the coming weeks. Basically by pushing the laws to the limit, all he got was a few hundred worth of "tickets". He found a way to push the limit that was not really against the laws as they were written. The club handed out sketch pads and pencils to all of their patrons for the "art nights".
More power to him, extra points for creativity!!!
