I pay cash, and I pay within 24 hours. It's the only way to get people to sell to you. Then it's like a snowball because you front end your names and your rep, and literally the job gets easier and easier.
Two weeks ago I bought a name for $20k, and just made $25k NET on that investment. Happens all the time.
