Thanks for the help... I think I found some I can work with. Also I do agree these aren't normally worth the paper they are written on but basically all releases and everything regarding the site is my property. I only wanted a basic agreement on dividing up the money and basically that is it. We would be partners in the profit only. If she stops working on the site the partnership is dissolved and I retain the rights. An contract was mainly for me to put some escape clauses in so I do not have to keep putting money into a site the girl has stopped working on.
Nothing to giant just wanted to see what other people normally use. She really won't own anything just making some money from it is all.
