Of course, the people living in what would otherwise be a desert if not for extensive and expensive irrigation shoulda maybe thought about that back in the day.
I suspect it's gonna be pretty damn unpleasant in places like Nevada when there isn't enough power to run the AC. Enjoy Vegas while you can!
