I dont know if you're american or not....But where i come from, innocent UNTIL proven guilty....Nomatter what the crime is...ties and anything close to ties go to the defendant and always will. Otherwise you could go to jail for any he said she said type of case....would you like it if just anyone could go to the cops and said you killed someone? Its a tie, so you lose!
