We have learned from the incident and have improved our support process over the last few weeks. In addition we are in the process of hiring additional support staff. Unfortunately this did not happen quick enough or strongly enough in this case and Karups has decided to move on.
Again, we are not perfect and are not ashamed nor do we have too big of a head to admit when we have screwed up. This is one of those cases.
We wish them the best of luck even tho we're sure they won't need it.

Things like this happens when you grow to fast and I can guess getting the right support staff for a complex piece of software isnīt easy.
