I like ccbill and jettis because they run a legally tight ship and won't be going anywhere any time soon. I get checks from epoch but obviously they've had trouble in the past. ibill I think is a little fast and loose. (just my opinion but I could be wrong)
oh, but those bozos did email me to tell me to change my mailing address but refused to do it for me when I gave it to them. They said I had to do it through the program operator. then why contact me at all, let the program operator do it. didn't make sense.
