AVS surfers have normally been around a while and have had the tricks pulled on them before. Normally by the "Free" AVS you sent them from.
It may be good sense for ClickCash to do this, they give good payouts. But unfortunatly when you have been sending traffic in good faith and dont get a check at the end of the day it tends to piss you off.
I do mailers now.... but 4 years ago it was AVS and nothing else.

well there are no minimum amount of money your signups need to generate or your terminated. but typically if none of them (or very very few) do not spend any money at all I can see how it would be a problem for any affiliate company. And when this happens it often looks like someone got their friends to signup a few times a week or they went and got 20 credit cards in their wives name or family members name. And also like you said, if you misslead the surfer into thinking one thing like " create a free account with xxx" and i wil send you 100 few naked pics of myself" etc... those types of advertising is not going to fly either.
