I know Shap for a long time. He was in violation of the TOS. If he hadn't pissed with 12clicks, the worst that would have happened would have been a polite e-mail. pretty much this thread is standard operating procedure, so it should be aimed at newbies. If you're doing good in you biz, it might cheer you up to get some affirmation of your beliefs.
