Was kinda different for me..

I didn't read properly, so I didn't know I had to send something to them..
Didn't get any checks, so I mailed, and they told me to sign the T&A and fax it to them..

Once I did that, my account got cancelled, because of 'fraud'..

Didn't know sending 404 traffic to a sponsor is considered being fraud..
