This response I would have expected to come from another webmaster. Not the owner of a program trying to get people to push his products.
FYI not everybody knows how to setup or run a tgp. When they ask for help they get a lot of people trying to charge them money. So when they do it on their own and try to help the next guy out they get sarcasm like this.
And people wonder why it takes so much to get good qualified webasters under them.
