My apologises, should have expanded on that a bit, I meant Web directories, such as: Dmoz, Yahoo, etc etc Microsofts Business Directory is good for traffic with mainstream sites
As for actually naming your pages/directories on a domain, test the difference. I keep as much SEO off my pages now for google and just try and build them naturally towards the keyword(s) with good relevant inbound links and links from web directories etc!
But as I've said I'm not an expert
