The best way to tell is
Paypal never spells things correctly.. the more misspelled words, the more authentic the email.
Also, Paypal will never direct you to paypal.com
The sites that have different names or just an IP number are the real sites.
In fact, Paypal.com is just a decoy site to fool people into giving up their personal information.
