As for Paris, I agree! The dogshit is every fucking place imaginable and I could really do without it. As for the shady characters... Well the number one rule to surviving Paris is being rude. A Parisian can't handle being told to Fuck off and will seek to avoid a confrontation at any price. As long as you make a scene you pretty much get what you want.
