No-one is buying fresh sites with alot of traffic, it's too much of a risk.

As for that Alexa Rank, I can do that with any domain within 2 weeks, Alexa is not too correct about traffic. But the peaks are indeed interesting.

As mentioned, wait some time, collect stats for prooving it's legit (income stats as well) then sell it for the amount it would generate during 6 months, fair enough.
