1. It is completely normal to want to have sex with that, even if she is 14 in that picture. She looks like a sexually mature woman, not a kid.
2. And not necessarily illegal either. Depending on where you live it could be legal. In some places in Canada for example, the age of consent is 14, as long you are not her parent/guardian/teacher or whatever. Of course if you live in a place where the age of consent is higher, it would not be wise to follow through on your instincts!!
