Hmmmm Xpays, I like the way you talk.... that was a clear a level headed post.
Anyways, we do not have cashflow issues, that is not the problem at this time.
I have been on the phone with logicbank and the call ended well.
I highly recommend logicbank for and brokering deals... the guy is a GREAT negotiator.
I also strongly belive after my phone call with him that this can and will be worked out. I agree this got out of hand...
One comment though, on the above...
"He says he didn?t receive the wire. I bank with BoA, just print (or screen grab) of your current activities and black out the important info to show that the 4k was deducted and post it maybe some us will believe you"
I did post that... screen shot from online banking. :-) Anyhow....
