You claim you'd already sent the money when it was started, but the second wire wasn't sent because he started this thread, therefore you PUBLICALLY ADMIT YOU ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT even if it's a verbal amendment to it. Pay the man and stop making yourself look like a fool.
