My personal feeling is that there was a lack of understanding between the three of us.
DomBuyer perceived it his own way, yet it was logicbank and I talking about it.
I went to the bank, did what I had to do and had the bank fax the papers to logicbank.
Of course he wasnt there when the fax came in, so DomBuyer knew nothing about it.
He gets trigger happy (anexity attack perhaps? j/k) because he is in a different time zone (so it was getting late) and crucify's me. Fine. I will accept that business is business, but it's not like I didn't tell logicbank I
was going to pay it at the very end of the month, which I did execute. I sent 10k total. You already got 4k of it, that I could not stop. 2 Wires went. One is being held pending you and I coming to terms. You can call Beau at the BOFA Clairmont mesa branch to see that I called him and had him try to hold them both. He told me that
one is most likely out of their hands already and the other he might be able to hold.
You may be getting the other 6k, but I asked them to try to hold it because of this mess.

I accept all the drama on this board. I have to or I would not hang out here.
You guys are posting and bumping a thread that was made for intentional defamation.
If business is business he should have handled the complaint he had like a business.
Posting this to the board is not a business method any legit business would use,
especially for a mixed up agreement like this one. This is not a personal prod to you DomBuyer, just my opinion whether you share it or not. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

The reason for paying him later than orginally discussed was not because we dont have money, so quit posting that non-sense. The reason was that I just spent a crapload of money on equipment to further our network space and power. At
the time, I just did not feel comfortable making the payment.. thats about it.
I'm like any business owner in that regards. Being that we spent over 100k, until
our merchant banks processed our batches, I didn't want to send additional money out. I told logicbank about this from day 1.

In the end, logicbank is a smart guy, who is very good at processing things like these deals. DomBuyer apparantly has a good reputation around as well. Fact is, so do I.
Getting in pissing matches on the boards is very unattractive to everyone involved
no matter what your positioning is. Many people get hurt in the process, even the noobs that post to increase the drama end up with a stigma attached to them.

I agree this deal is fried at this point.
I agree that business is business.
I agree that all of our opinions count.

I dont agree with the fact that the beginning of this thread was an attempt to
humiliate me personally and make a serious health issue I had a public item.
My anexitey attack was draining mentally and physically. I lost my eyesight for
about 3 hours and it was very scary for me. Basically I had a major migrane
headache and it caused my eyesight to go completely blurry and then out.
I thought I was going blind, and it was so scary that I got disoriented
WHILE DRIVING and it caused a major anxiety attack.... Im sure you can imagine the rest.

Anyhow, that has never happened to me before, and I don't ever wish it on others.
In fact, if it happened to anyone here, I would never play it out on the boards like that. Again, thats just how I would do it, others can do how they like.

Well anyhow, I sincerely hope this can be ironed out. If not, I can accept that as well.

I apologize to all my employees who have been affected by this thread.
They have been great through this ordeal and I give them utmost respect.

Health and business are two seperate things. Nobody wishes you or anyone ill will. Infact I hope you are feeling better and have a speedy recovery. As far as business this transaction was not handled the way it should have.

Do you allow clients of yours the use of your BW and services for over a month with no payment? They would be profiting and you loosing at your expense. Well that is exactly what sounds like is going on here.
