Pull your head out of your ass. Most fraud is from the U.S.. then russia. I wont deny Romania has high fraud rates, but check your stats first please.
Although I personally wouldn't reccomend visiting Bucharest some people say its nice, most of the locals want to leave. Money is King, so if you've got some to spend then you'll have a great time.
I would prefer to go somewhere like Brasov/Sibiu for nightlife and fun, in the winter at least.
