There's something said too about technology in which one could CAUSE earth quakes and shifting on command from underground ways that have been in place quite a while....
I'm not a follower, but I do remember reading a bunch of stuff that pertained to about this time like 10 years ago.
Who knows? But I've always found it interesting.
