I don't know the full story, but you guys did post a public thread about aquiring the domain, and if he's been waiting 30 days, or even 7 days for a promised and contracted payment, I think he's well within his rights to redirect the DNS and consider the contract null and void for non-payment. As far as saying something publically, well, he says you left him waiting and furnished a lot of excuses? But like I said, I don't know the full story. I just think you're throwing a tantrum because people found out you weren't paying..
