Yeah man, if that splash page is all you got. You've definately been ripped. That splash is VERY amateur. He used a tutorial to make that BG in photoshop and the buttons and all is amateur IMO... But like forestated, seems this is a raw deal and it shouldn't take this for him to respond to you... I'm a graphic artist and Video Editor.. You could'be paid me $35 for that splash...
