Never said you owed anyone an apology man. All I'm saying is this looks like it very much could have been worked out in private. Seriously, you will never catch me here calling anyone out EVER unless I have:
1) emailed them several times and gotten no reply
2) ICQ'd " ....."........."........."..........."........"
3) Phoned them.
If none of the above brings the desired results, then and only then would I take something public. Individuals and companies like that deserve what they get, but everyone deserves a chance to make things right before publicly being called a thief.
