He singled out McD's because at the time there was a big flap going on over that frivolous lawsuit by those two obese girls.
I have noticed that since that film was made we've seen Wendy's now offering side choices other than just fries with their combos, and McD's now has salads... although their salads have as much fat in them as a Big Mac.
Since decent chinese food has a lot of fresh greens and vegetables in their dishes I would tend to disagree there. But over all I'd say yes, eating constantly at any fast food restaurant would be eventual suicide by gluttony.
The film made several good points though about the eating habits and obesity of a good % of Americans.
