Ingredients:
2 T. cinammon
2-3 egg whites
1/2 stick of butter (melted)
1 c. flour
1/4 c. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. brandy (ok, maybe ALOT more brandy)
1-2 bag(s) sugar
pinch vanilla
Instructions:
Stir in first three ingredients with a wooden spoon in a bowl
Stir in the flour
Mix in remaining ingredients
Grease the cookie sheet
Preheat oven to 350 F
Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet
Cook and Chill
Nutritional Information:
Packed full of vitamins
High in fiber
